Getting out to appointments isn’t always easy for Pat, so her recent journey to Newton Abbot for a dental check-up was a real achievement and, she returned home with a big smile to show for it.
With support from her Support Worker, Pat made the trip to one of the town’s well-regarded dental clinics, known for its friendly and professional staff. Though many wouldn’t consider a dental visit a highlight of the week, Pat handled it all with positivity.
The check-up went smoothly, with the dentist giving Pat a clean bill of dental health and offering helpful tips to keep her smile in top shape. Afterwards, Pat and her Support Worker celebrated with a quick stop at a local drive-thru, a well-deserved treat after the effort of the day.
